Yes! Our OG homeBodies program is for all levels as Nate will equip you with the building blocks necessary to successfully move through the cycles and build you up from the ground up without burn out.

In HōmeBodies, the first 12 week cycle you embark on is called Foundations. We don’t care where you’re at on your fitness journey, whether you’ve just started to move or a seasoned athlete, everyone can benefit from the framework of mind muscle connection. We encourage all members to start from DAY 1. Though it’s called Foundations, we never said it would be easy.

We also offer PERSIST for those looking to embark on a journey that will push you 3X a week for strength and conditioning.

We don’t believe in split training (dividing sessions by body parts). We believe in functional training that focuses not only on strength and conditioning but also balance and stability to build healthy and lean muscle mass. The more we are exposed to a variety of fitness modalities, the less likely we will injure ourselves when we go to unload the washer or carry our groceries up apartment stairs. We train for functionality in everyday life.

Yes absolutely. Cancel your current monthly subscription with no penalty and then purchase the annual subscription. You can email werhomebodies@gmail.com if you need any assistance.

There are no refunds, however monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime with no penalty.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells for the entirety of the program.

We recommend anywhere between 5lbs + 20lbs.

As reference: Remi uses 10-15 lbs and Nate uses 15 -20 lbs consistently.

Note that for PERSIST program- you will need a jumprope.

Anywhere you have space for a mat. At home, in your room, at the gym, or on vacation. If you don't have access to dumbbells, you can do the bodyweight workouts in the program.
